And the winner is ....

.... Obigos Lagoon, Portugal. Congratulations to Nigel Harper! Our judge Graham said this was "a very clever photo, well composed, beautiful lighting, which showed great talent".

First runner up was Peter Jarvis's photograph of Buttermere, Cumbria "wonderful reflections and very sympathetic use of Photoshop manipulation".

Second runner up was Andy Gray's Sunset at Stanley Harbour, Falklands "a spur of the moment photograph, which has worked really well and has lots of atmosphere".

Thanks to everyone who entered our competition, there were some beautiful images submitted. Thanks also to Graham Wainwright for his judging expertise.
